West Seattle – Farmer’s Market

West Seattle has been booming with all kinds of good food lately it seems like. I made a little trip there to buy some really good french pastries at  Bakery Nouveau. Growing up in Japan, it wasn’t hard to find real good French pastries, but it’s not the same in Seattle. I also checked out the farmer’s market, which was fairly small and about to close by the time I got there. I met Stephanie and Mike, the owners of Cascadian Edible Landscapes. They help the communities and individuals to build and grow gardens!! How cool and they did look like they know what they do. It’ll be interesting to photograph their work and find out more about them… I finished the trip with the family at Cupcake Royal across the street from the market. I’m not a big cupcake fun but their cupcakes do melt in the mouth like marshmallows… Good stuff.
